Airbnb surges more than 10% after hours as earnings guidance beats expectations and strong travel demand in Europe and the US
Airbnb's Q2 revenue reached $3.6 billion, up 17% year-on-year, with net profit surging 27% and bookings hitting a record high. The US market saw the fastest accommodation night growth in three years, and growth in the European market also accelerated compared to Q1. The company raised its full-year performance guidance, adjusting its 2026 full-year revenue growth forecast from "low to mid double digits" to "at least mid double digits." Previously, the market expected Airbnb's full-year revenue to grow by about 14%. Airbnb's share price rose more than 10% after hours.
