- The exchange confirmed compliance was maintained for 10 consecutive business days from July 22, 2026 to Aug. 4, 2026.
- The company had been flagged May 21, 2026 for failing the $2.5 million stockholders’ equity requirement under Listing Rule 5550(b)(1).
