- Cash and cash equivalents rose to USD 1,087,956 at June 30, 2026 from USD 664,299 at Dec. 31, 2025.
- Management cited reduced SPD film production at supplier Gauzy as a near-term headwind, while adding a new licensee and advancing black SPD technology.
