- GAAP net income for the six months ended June 30, 2026 climbed $585 million, or about 200%, to $878 million.
- Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA rose to $982 million from $454 million, driven primarily by the Parkland Acquisition and other acquisitions.
- Fuel Distribution segment adjusted EBITDA increased to $504 million from $206 million, with motor fuel gallons sold rising to 4,125 million from 2,188 million.
- Liquidity totaled $773 million in cash, with $2.32 billion of Credit Facility availability; a $1.0023 per-unit cash dividend was declared.
