- Provision for credit losses fell 51% to $561,000, while non-interest expense increased 8.7% to $19.32 million.
- Total assets increased 4.1% to $2.82 billion at June 30, 2026, while loans climbed 4.3% to $2.37 billion.
- OCC conditionally approved the bank’s conversion to a national bank charter, with completion expected before the end of 2026.
