Trinseo Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $120 million; net sales rise 8% to $845 million

- Net sales rose 8% to USD 845 million; results included USD 89 million of pre-tax charges tied mainly to lender talks and asset restructuring.
- Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) climbed to USD 81 million from USD 42 million a year earlier, led by margin gains in Polymer Solutions and Engineered Materials.
- Free cash flow (non-GAAP) fell to negative USD 125 million as operating cash outflow reached USD 115 million; period-end cash totaled USD 198 million.
- Debt restructuring advanced with court-approved DIP financing; Trinseo restarted the sale process of Americas Styrenics with its joint venture partner.
