Whitehawk Q2 FY26 net loss narrows to $16.64 million

- RD spending fell to USD 12.9 million from USD 48.8 million, on the prior-year quarter’s USD 38 million WuXi Biologics up-front license fee.
- Cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments rose to USD 190 million at June 30 from USD 145.7 million at Dec. 31, 2025.
- Phase 1 trials for HWK-007 and HWK-016 continued enrolling; HWK-206 Phase 1 initiation remains on track for Q3 2026.
- CEO Dave Lennon said the company extended its cash runway into 2H 2028 following an upsized financing.
