- GAAP income from continuing operations rose to $26.1 million; GAAP diluted EPS from continuing operations swung to $0.06.
- Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA fell 32.1% to $35.8 million; core non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA dropped 43.3% to $45.5 million.
- Free cash flow was $(74.7) million, with cash flow used in operations of $(72.7) million.
- Following the July 1 RUCKUS sale for about $1.85 billion, a $5 per-share special distribution is planned by end-August; full-year adjusted EBITDA guideposts were cut to $200-$225 million.
