- Adjusted EBITDA increased to USD 16.2 million from USD 8.1 million; cloud net annualized recurring revenue expansion was 115% at June 30.
- Forecasts cloud subscriptions revenue of USD 525 million-USD 529 million for 2026, with total revenue of USD 845 million-USD 853 million.
