- Net income from continuing operations declined 38% to USD 22.8 million; diluted EPS slipped to USD 0.19 from USD 0.28.
- Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations dropped 21% to USD 76.4 million, narrowing margin 5.1 percentage points to 17.3%.
- Hotels and Other revenue sank 21% to USD 163.3 million; operating cash flow from continuing operations decreased 31% to USD 141.2 million.
- Exercised a put option to sell TheFork to American Express Travel for USD 700 million cash; transaction expected to close by end-2026.
