- Granted each of four non-employee directors an option for 23,200 shares under the 2026 Equity Incentive Plan.
- CEO Brandon Torres Declet base salary lifted to USD 482,000 retroactive to the IPO close; target annual bonus set at 75% of salary, or USD 362,000.
