- Diluted EPS was USD 0.10, while adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) rose 12.8% to USD 128.5 million.
- Cash flow from operations totaled USD 73.6 million; it repurchased USD 18.7 million of stock under its USD 100 million program.
- Management cited momentum from large contract wins, stronger base revenue, and demand in transportation and logistics, retail and e-commerce, industrials and manufacturing.
- Full-year guidance was raised, including revenue of USD 1.67 billion to USD 1.71 billion and adjusted diluted EPS (non-GAAP) of USD 1.23 to USD 1.29.
