Stocks to Watch: Western Digital, Sandisk, Warner Bros Discovery, Ralph Lauren -- WSJ

Western Digital (WDC): Shares in the data storage company fell more than 14% premarket despite a more than elevenfold increase in quarterly profit driven by AI storage demand. Sandisk (SNDK) shares also dropped in off-hours trading, falling 7%, despite reporting soaring revenue.
eBay (EBAY): Shares ticked up slightly premarket after the company lifted its full-year outlook and reported revenue growth in its second quarter.
SoftBank Group (JP:9984): Shares fell more than 4% after the Japanese tech investor reported lower first-quarter net profit.
Merck KGaA (XE:MRK): Shares ticked up after the German pharmaceutical company raised its full-year guidance for the second consecutive quarter.
Warner Bros Discovery (WBD), Ralph Lauren (RL), Fox (FOXA) are among the companies set to report earnings ahead of the opening bell. Airbnb (ABNB), Lyft (LYFT), Sweetgreen (SG), AIG (AIG) are scheduled to release results after the close.
