- Exploration expense fell to US$1.2 million from US$8.85 million, reflecting capitalization of Warintza spending following completion of the PFS.
- General and administrative expense declined to US$2.71 million from US$5.57 million, driven by lower professional fees tied to the Royal Gold funding package.
- Cash and cash equivalents rose to US$54.01 million at June 30, 2026 from US$25.21 million at year-end, mainly from a US$50 million second tranche from Royal Gold.
- Management flagged reliance on the remaining US$50 million third tranche of the Royal Gold funding package to fund operations over the next 12 months.
