Ichigo Office REIT July portfolio occupancy edges up to 97.5% from 97.3% in June
Reuters2026/08/06 06:34- Ichigo Office reported July 2026 portfolio occupancy of 97.5%, up 0.2 percentage point from June’s 97.3%.
- Central Tokyo occupancy rose to 98.1% from 97.5%, a 0.6 percentage point gain; Four Major Regional Cities slipped to 95.5% from 95.6%.
- Portfolio count fell to 83 assets from 87; tenant count dropped to 1,008 from 1,032 following the sale of four buildings.
- Leasable area decreased to 251,900 sq m from 260,145.57 sq m; leased area declined to 245,700 sq m from 253,137.71 sq m.
- Ichigo Hijirizaka Building reached 100% occupancy; a 349.8 sq m fitted office lease reset rent 36% higher than the prior level.
