Communications infrastructure provider Spectral Capital (FCCN.US) IPO priced at $4.5 per share, plans to raise $15 millions
Spectral Capital announced its IPO terms on Wednesday. The company plans to issue 3.3 million shares at a price of $4.50 per share, aiming to raise $15 million.
According to Jinse Finance, Spectral Capital, which provides international voice and messaging services for telecom operators, announced its IPO terms on Wednesday. The company plans to issue 3.3 million shares at $4.50 per share, raising $15 million.
At the proposed offering price, Spectral Capital's fully diluted market value will reach $465 million.
Spectral has continued to operate as an operating company to this day; however, for most of its development, the company's business scale was relatively small, mainly focusing on research and development, software testing, and intellectual property creation. Through a series of acquisitions completed by 2025, the company currently operates telecommunications and messaging infrastructure businesses and generates recurring revenue through established commercial services.
Spectral Capital was founded in 2000 and plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol FCCN. Sentinel Brokers is the sole bookrunner for this transaction.
