- Revenue rose 1% to US$1.33 billion, while adjusted EBITDA fell 34% to US$53 million.
- Net debt increased 3% to US$2 billion; net cash used was US$30 million, with capital expenditure of US$62 million.
- Adjusted EPS was a loss of 8 US cents; special items reduced earnings by US$26 million, including US$15 million of impairments.
- Sappi expects fourth-quarter adjusted EBITDA to be materially above the third quarter; it targets FY2026 capital expenditure of about US$240 million.
