- Operating income rose to USD 683 million, producing a 6.7% margin; net income reached USD 466 million, a 4.6% margin.
- Commerce revenue increased 50% to USD 5.8 billion; gross merchandise volume grew to about USD 22 billion.
- Mercado Pago revenue advanced 49% to USD 4.4 billion; total payment volume increased 56% to USD 101 billion.
- CFO Martín de los Santos said the company is prioritizing long-term investments over short-term profitability, citing free shipping, credit cards and MELI+.
