- Year-to-date net income rose to C$ 3.29 million; adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) climbed to C$ 9.61 million.
- Board authorized a TSX-subject NCIB to buy up to 650,000 common shares, about 9.7% of the public float.
- CEO Frank Dennis cited a strong forward order book, very high-capacity utilization, improved cash flow, debt reduction, and a potentially undervalued share price.
