- GAAP operating income rose to USD 22 million; GAAP net loss widened to USD 20 million, with a loss per share of USD 0.56.
- Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA climbed 9% to USD 99 million.
- Net sales growth reflected USD 21 million of favorable foreign exchange, a 1% organic volume gain, partly offset by an USD 8 million price decline.
- Curt Begle said results set a record third quarter on organic volume growth and synergy savings; Magnera reaffirmed its full-year free cash flow outlook.
