- Non-GAAP operating loss widened to $26 million from $25.1 million; non-GAAP net loss per share improved to $0.41 from $0.44.
- Total available liquidity was $302.9 million at June 30, including $177.9 million in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities plus a $125 million facility.
- Launched an Optical Connectivity business; signed a joint development agreement for a hyperscaler Near-Packaged Optics deployment targeted for second-half 2027, with a production ramp planned for 2028.
