Deluxe Q2 FY26 net income drops 14.3% to $19.2 million; revenue falls 4.2% to $499.3 million

- GAAP diluted EPS dropped 18% to $0.41; comparable adjusted diluted EPS rose 6.1% to $0.87.
- Comparable adjusted EBITDA increased 5.3% to $108.8 million; comparable adjusted EBITDA margin widened 0.6 percentage points to 21.8%.
- Cash from operating activities climbed 32.1% to $133.9 million in the first half; free cash flow more than doubled 64.9% to $85.9 million.
- Full-year guidance was raised to reflect the Celero acquisition, targeting revenue of $2.095 billion-$2.12 billion, adjusted EBITDA of $455 million-$475 million.
