- R&D expense edged down to USD 16.6 million from USD 17.4 million; G&A expense fell to USD 5.4 million from USD 6.7 million.
- Collaboration revenue was USD 1.11 million; the net loss widened mainly due to a USD 21.8 million non-cash impairment tied to early lease termination.
- Cash and cash equivalents totaled USD 78.1 million as of June 30; a USD 10 million Alnylam upfront payment helped extend runway through Q3 2027.
- Interim data for TN-201 and TN-401 showed improvements in key disease measures; additional data and pivotal-trial regulatory updates are expected in Q4 2026.
