- Gross margin narrowed 0.5 percentage points to 2.8% of gross billings; workers’ compensation costs rose to 2.5% from 2.1%.
- Unrestricted cash and investments fell to USD 67.9 million at June 30 from USD 91.9 million at March 31; the company ended debt-free.
- 2026 outlook calls for gross billings growth of 3%-4% and gross margin of 2.70%-2.75%, citing client hiring softness and firming pricing trends.
