- Net sales rose 1.2% year over year to USD 531.8 million; adjusted EBITDA climbed 12% to USD 75 million.
- Adjusted EBITDA margin widened 130 basis points to 14.1%; free cash flow increased 24% to USD 60.4 million.
- Filtration Advanced Materials net sales slipped 1.3% to USD 201.7 million; Sustainable Adhesive Solutions net sales rose 2.8% to USD 330.1 million.
- CEO Shruti Singhal called it the strongest quarter since becoming Mativ; total debt was USD 974.5 million with USD 66.3 million cash.
