Paranapanema plans up to R$ 110 million mandatory convertible debenture issue

- Directors canceled the 9th and 10th issues of convertible debentures, citing expired subscription periods with no investors secured.
- The board authorized an 11th issue of mandatorily convertible, unsecured debentures of up to BRL 110 million, with a BRL 100 million minimum.
- The private placement includes up to 11 debentures at BRL 10 million each, 105% of CDI interest, 12-month maturity, conversion at BRL 0.03 per share.
