- Non-interest income increased 11% to USD 183.83 million, driven by trust fees of USD 71.51 million, up 28.7%.
- Non-interest expense jumped 21.5% to USD 297.07 million, reflecting FineMark onboarding, USD 12 million in litigation expense, and USD 5.4 million in intangible amortization.
- Total assets were USD 35.27 billion at June 30, 2026; total deposits were USD 27.9 billion following the Jan. 1 FineMark acquisition.
