- Shareholders will vote on launching the POP 2026 long-term incentive program, offering up to 3,000,000 performance options to up to four key individuals.
- The performance options carry an exercise price of SEK 7.48, with vesting tied to project milestones through 2029 and exercise available up to March 31, 2030.
- The meeting will also consider issuing up to 3,750,000 warrants of series 2026/2030 for share delivery under POP 2026 and to hedge social security contribution costs.
- Potential dilution is estimated at about 5.2% from the performance options, rising to about 6.4% including the warrants.
