- Revenue edged down 0.9% to USD 188.3 million; Core FFO per diluted share rose 30% to USD 0.35.
- FFO swung to USD 15.6 million, or USD 0.24 per diluted share; AFFO improved to a loss of USD 3.2 million, or USD 0.05 per share.
- In-service office occupancy rose 470 basis points to 82.5%; same-store cash NOI climbed 7.5% to USD 90.2 million.
- Lifted 2026 Core FFO outlook to USD 1.12-1.20 per diluted share; CEO Victor Coleman cited 1.3 million square feet of office leasing.
