AudioCodes announces annual shareholder meeting
Reuters2026/08/05 12:04- AudioCodes will hold its annual general meeting in Or Yehuda, Israel on Sept. 9, 2026.
- Shareholders will vote on re-electing Joseph Tenne as a Class II director for a three-year term.
- A separate vote will cover the re-election of Shira Fayans Birenbaum as a Class II director for three years.
- The meeting will also vote on ratifying Kost, Forer, Gabbay & Kasierer (Ernst & Young Global) as auditor for 2026.
- Shareholders will review the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025.
