- Sold 1,080,000 flow-through units at CAD 0.21, raising CAD 226,800 for exploration at the Williams Property in British Columbia’s Toodoggone District.
- Issued 1,500,000 non-flow-through units at CAD 0.2, raising CAD 300,000 for general working capital.
- Each unit includes a half-warrant; warrants are exercisable at CAD 0.3, with 18-month terms for FT units and 24-month terms for non-FT units.
- Paid CAD 16,849 in cash finder’s fees, issued 81,900 finder’s warrants; all securities carry a four-month-and-one-day hold period.
