- Shareholders adopted amendments to the bank’s bylaws, updating governance tools and adding a new share category, including “azioni di finanziamento”.
- The meeting renewed the board’s authorization to carry out a paid-in share capital increase of up to EUR 100 million within five years; the prior authorization was revoked.
- Shareholders also adopted related changes to the shareholders’ meeting rules.
