- Funds from operations (non-IFRS) climbed 9% to $26.4 million; FFO per basic share rose 9% to $2.85.
- Net profit fell to $33.7 million, reflecting a fair value gain of $13.2 million; operating margin edged up 1 percentage point to 69%.
- Vacancy narrowed to 4.6% from 5.0%; management said it is easing “onto the accelerator” after pausing acquisitions amid prior headwinds.
- Available liquidity totaled $868 million; year-to-date acquisitions reached 517 units for $89.5 million.
