- AFFO increased 17% to USD 432.7 million, with AFFO per share up 16.1% to USD 1.44.
- Storage rental revenue grew 12% to USD 1.14 billion, while service revenue rose 27% to USD 894 million.
- Management cited momentum in ALM and digital cross-selling, accelerating data center leasing with 110 megawatts leased through July, and raised full-year guidance.
