- USDC in circulation ended the quarter at USD 73.3 billion, up 19% year-over-year; onchain transaction volume reached USD 14.8 trillion, more than doubled.
- Reserve income rose 5% to USD 668 million, partially offset by a 66-basis-point drop in the reserve return rate to 3.5%.
- Circle said it received final OCC approval to establish Circle National Trust, a national trust bank, and NYDFS approval for Circle New York Trust.
- Arc mainnet is set for Sept. 16; Circle named a founding validator cohort including BlackRock, DTCC, Mastercard, and Visa.
