- Revenue fell 50.9% to S$ 50.7 million, driven by lower civil engineering recognition and weaker property development sales.
- Gross result turned to a loss of S$ 52.4 million from a profit a year earlier, pressured by an onerous contract provision on active construction projects.
- Order book stood at about S$ 323 million as of June 30, 2026; Shine@TuasSouth was 68% sold with 30% of units leased.
- Construction on the Pioneer Road land parcel is expected to start in Q3 2026, with a launch targeted for 1H 2027.
