- Shareholders will vote on a total dividend of SEK 14 per share, split into two payments, with record dates Sept. 15, 2026 and Jan. 12, 2027.
- Board elections cover seven directors, with Kenneth Bengtsson proposed to remain chair; Deloitte AB is nominated as auditor.
- Proposals include a new long-term incentive program, a share buyback and transfer mandate, and authorization to issue series B shares up to 10%.
- Board fees are set to rise about 4% to SEK 4.46 million, including committee work; auditor fees would be paid on invoices.
