- Net sales rose 12% year over year to USD 491.4 million, while operating income increased 16% to USD 39.7 million.
- Adjusted EBITDA edged up to USD 50.1 million; adjusted non-GAAP EPS was USD 1.27.
- Segment net sales climbed across the board, led by Oilfield Services up 14% to USD 115.4 million; Performance Chemicals rose 9% to USD 190.3 million.
- Quarter-end net cash totaled USD 250.2 million with no debt; the company paid a USD 0.92 per-share dividend, repurchased USD 6.4 million of shares.
