- Gross profit fell 14.3% to USD 205.5 million; gross margin narrowed 7.6 percentage points to 25.2%.
- Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) dropped 40.7% to USD 62.5 million; margin fell 6.8 percentage points to 7.7%.
- Closed the American Woodmark merger, raised annual run-rate cost synergy target to more than USD 100 million, and guided 2H 2026 net sales of USD 2.05-2.11 billion.
