Gilead Q2 FY26 loss per share widens to $(8.45); revenue rises 10% to $7.8 billion

- Acquired in-process R&D charges totaled USD 11.2 billion, tied mainly to the Arcellx, Tubulis and Ouro Medicines acquisitions.
- HIV sales rose 12% to USD 5.7 billion, with Biktarvy up 7% to USD 3.8 billion; Descovy jumped 48% to USD 967 million.
- Trodelvy sales climbed 26% to USD 457 million, while Veklury revenue fell 81% to USD 23 million; cell therapy slid 14% to USD 417 million.
- FY 2026 product sales guidance edged up to USD 30.1 billion–USD 30.4 billion, while diluted loss per share outlook widened to USD 3.75–USD 3.4.
