- Shareholders will vote on adopting the financial statements, carrying forward results, and discharging the board and CEO from liability.
- The meeting will also set auditor remuneration, re-elect board members Lars Pålsson, Carl Palmstierna, Kjell Sjöström, and reappoint PwC as auditor.
- A proposal includes authorizing the board to issue shares, warrants, or convertibles, with potential deviation from pre-emption rights.
- Shareholders will also decide on the formation of a new nomination committee for the next term.
