Portillo's Names Kevin Kalicak Chief Financial Officer

Portillo's has hired Kevin Kalicak as the fast-casual restaurant chain's new chief financial officer and treasurer, effective Sept. 7.
Portillo's on Tuesday said Kalicak, 53 years old, most recently served as senior vice president of finance for Darden Restaurants' Olive Garden chain.
The Oak Brook, Ill., company said Kalicak will receive a base salary of $500,000 and an annual bonus with a target of 75% of his base pay.
Michelle Hook, who had been Portillo's finance chief since 2020, left the company in May to take the same post at Shake Shack.
