- Diluted EPS climbed to $1.64; interest expense widened to $36 million from $1 million a year earlier.
- Free cash flow held at $107 million; operating cash flow edged up to $158 million from $150 million.
- Board declared an inaugural quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, payable Sept. 18 to holders of record Sept. 4.
- Lifted full-year net sales outlook to $9.4 billion-$9.6 billion from $9.1 billion-$9.4 billion; reaffirmed adjusted EBITDA of $950 million-$1.03 billion.
