- Net sales rose 1% to USD 1.85 billion, with volume gains in Texture & Healthful Solutions offset by weaker price mix.
- Net income attributable to shareholders slid 42% to USD 114 million; net financing costs widened to USD 55 million on FX hedging losses.
- Reaffirmed full-year GAAP EPS outlook of USD 9.15-9.75; Tate & Lyle shareholders accepted Ingredion’s 595 pence all-cash offer.
