- Chourbaji previously led Qualcomm Middle East and Africa, running government affairs across EMEA; he has spent more than 20 years at the company.
- Longtime EMEA head Enrico Salvatori will move to chairman, retain leadership of the EMEA automotive business.
- Salvatori plans to retire in June 2027, ending a 25-year tenure at Qualcomm.
