- Operating loss widened to $15.3 million from $2.5 million; free cash flow turned to a $25.4 million outflow from a $4.7 million inflow.
- Net cash slipped to $108.1 million from $134.4 million; cash was $199 million with $92 million of bond debt due in 2030.
- Genel agreed a recommended all-cash offer for Capricorn Energy valuing it at about $360 million; shareholder vote is expected on Aug. 18.
