- Operating profit rose 17.1% to JPY 4 billion as net sales slipped 0.7% to JPY 75.14 billion.
- Ordinary profit increased 22.6% to JPY 4.49 billion, boosted by JPY 3.5 billion gain on sale of investment securities.
- Segment profit grew in Spice/Seasoning/Processed Food and International Food, while Restaurant Business profit fell 19.3% to JPY 752 million.
- Full-year operating profit forecast cut to JPY 17.5 billion from JPY 18.5 billion on higher costs; net sales outlook kept at JPY 322.5 billion.
