- USD 500 million of 4.85% senior notes due 2029 priced at 99.95.
- USD 750 million of 5.3% senior notes due 2033 priced at 99.76.
- USD 750 million of 5.55% senior notes due 2036 priced at 99.7.
- Closing expected Aug. 6; proceeds earmarked for general corporate purposes, including repaying commercial paper and credit-facility borrowings.
