Pitney Bowes CEO Kurt Wolf disposes of USD 18.29 million in common shares

- Sales were executed at weighted-average prices between USD 17.53 and USD 18.96.
- Wolf’s indirect holdings fell to 1,703,124 shares at Hestia Capital Partners, LP, 122,963 shares in separately managed accounts.
- Wolf reported direct ownership of 1,132,581 common shares following the transactions.
