OGE Energy names former Devon Energy CEO Rick Muncrief to board
Reuters2026/08/03 20:43- OGE Energy elected Richard (Rick) E. Muncrief to its board, effective Aug. 1, 2026.
- Muncrief is set to serve until the May 13, 2027 annual meeting, when he is expected to stand for shareholder approval.
- He will join the nominating, corporate governance and stewardship committee, also the audit committee.
- Muncrief previously led Devon Energy as president, CEO, director following its merger with WPX Energy, retiring in March 2025.
- He earlier served as CEO and chairman of WPX Energy, also held a senior vice president role at Continental Resources.
